We at Weird Beverages have always been committed to doing the right thing and ensuring that all our customers are fully satisfied with our products.

While we’re always looking to better ourselves as a Company, and we strive to bring to you the best and most fulfilling products possible. It was recently brought to our attention that one of our consumers identified an issue with the prior labeling on two of our products. Specifically, our White Peach Oolong Iced Tea and our Passion Fruit Black Tea. We never want any of our customers ever feeling like they were led to purchase any of our products but didn’t get what they bargained for.

So, in following with our continuing commitment of striving to see our customers happy we are offering the following. If you purchased Weird Tea Peach Oolong or Weird Tea Passion Fruit from January 1, 2021 through February 1, 2024 online or from January 1, 2021 to April 1, 2024 in store, and you feel that you did not indeed receive what you intended to purchase, we welcome you to use this website to submit your request for a refund. While the lawyers are making us mention that there are certain rules and requirements that apply in order to receive a full refund, please begin the process by providing the information requested and we will get the ball moving.
